Scope of application

Working principle

The fish meal drying machine transmits heat to the material through pipelines, part of the steam enters the annular space between the shell and the inner wall of the cylinder, heats the material through the inner wall, and the condensate is discharged from the bottom trap port; Another part of the steam enters the spindle and coil, heating the spindle and coil, and the condensate is discharged from the drain rotary joint. With the rotation of the shaft, the material is fully stirred and mixed under the joint action of the wheel blade and the coil, so that the material has maximum contact with the surface of the rotating shaft and the coil. The secondary steam is discharged from the top steam chamber of the shell through the exhaust pipe, and the weak vacuum degree is kept in the pipe, so that the waste steam will not leak out, and also avoid absorbing too much cold air. The dipper plate installed on the spindle is located between the heating coil, which can push the material to move forward, and has a self-cleaning effect, and can remove the covering layer on the shaft and cylinder wall to maintain good heat transfer ability.
