1. High efficiency:
The press can be continuously and rapidly mechanically pressed to cook animal or poultry by-products, from which animal fat can be extracted without interruption.
2. Oil extraction pressing effect is good:
The residual oil rate of solid press cake released by the press can reach 9-14%. The press separates the cooked material into crude oil and pressure cake by three-stage screw press, wherein the pressure cake is discharged from the press mouth, and the end of the press cake outlet is installed with a hydraulic calibrating cake head, which can make the press cake reach a greater degree of press. The crude oil goes into the oil collecting tank at the bottom of the machine, and the crude oil is discharged out of the press through the screw in the oil collecting tank.
