Working principle of fish meal cooker:
The fish meal cooker is used to cook raw fish/fish offal/fish heads/shrimp,etc. It is the main component of fishmeal processing line.
It is composed of a cylinder-shaped shell and a spiral shaft with steam heating, the cylinder-shaped shell is provided with a steam jacket, the spiral shaft and the spiral blade on the shaft are hollow structure, and the steam is passed inside, steam does not directly contact the material.
The raw material enters the machine from the feed port, is heated by the spiral shaft and spiral blade and steam interlayer, and slowly moves forward under the push of the blade. With the aging of the raw material, the volume occupied is gradually reduced, and is constantly stirred and turned. Under the action of the discharging device, the clinker is uniformly discharged with the discharging port.
Why need equip with fish meal cooker?
The working temperature of steam is about 90℃-95℃, high temperature has the effect of sterilizing and curing materials, so that the grease and moisture can be easily pressed out.
